Analyzing requirements for Diagnosis Report Grouping. Currently Claims are billed by Revenue Code for MEDI-

CAL. The modification would save millions of dollars as rates for inpatient procedures would be billed on a

per diem basis and also is a requirement for Federal matching funds.

Developed models in Monarch for Accounting & Budget users. The models are used to create EXCEL

spreadsheets and ACCESS databases which the users can use for analysis.
