Analyzing requirements for Diagnosis Report Grouping. Currently Claims are billed by Revenue Code for MEDI-

CAL. The modification would save millions of dollars as rates for inpatient procedures would be billed on a

per diem basis and also is a requirement for Federal matching funds.
