Built the current media relations department from ground zero and can
report that the visibility of the Arkansas Realtors Association has
increased substantially.
Established a weekly column, House to House, that was picked up by 20
publications in Arkansas. Newspapers charged the ARA nothing to run those.
Developed the concept for a monthly newsletter, The Arkansas Realtor, and
served as managing editor, reporter and primary photographer for the
publication.
Put together statewide monthly housing market reports after consulting with
editors and journalists throughout Arkansas.
Developed weekly average/median list prices and inventory reports for four
major housing markets in Arkansas.
