out the design, guide the developers to code, test, fix the bugs and

deploy in the test environments and provide support during user

acceptance testing.

o Define, collect and control project performance metrics to give a sense

for how the project is progressing and ensure delivery of consistent

quality solution.

o Proactively manage scope to ensure that only what was agreed to is

delivered, unless changes are approved through scope management

o Identify, track, manage and resolve project issues and ensuring that the

solution is of acceptable quality
