Accomplishments

At K-Five when I was working in the snow department we did the highest sales those two winter seasons that the company had had yet, and had a great time doing it.

This year I transfered from a Sunglass Hut in Tucson, AZ, to a store here in San Diego, CA (one of the top stores in the company). Since I have been at the store I have a 139 percentage to plan in my total sales. The company has a .8 percentage of sales donated to the charity "One Sight" standard and I am currently at 1.2 percentage . While in Tucson I was secret shopped 5 months in a row and delivered an excellent experience to the customer on each occasion.

Helped save payroll with my time management by consistently only using 20 minutes of the allowed 1 hour to close the store, while still going above and beyond in what needed to be done.

I have worked at two stores, one in Tucson, AZ, and now currently at one in Carlsbad, CA.

Tucson:

A slower store, single coverage 75 percentage of the time wich required a hightened sense of awareness in order to prevent theft while still delivering an excellent experience to the guests of the store. I learned extensive amounts about each and every brand we carry and reasons that make each brand unique to a need for each customer.

Carlsbad:

Much higher volume (shooting for a $1.5million year), very rarely single coverage. This promoted team building and friendly competition between the associates. I consistently went above and beyond in my sales goals and related numbers. Product knowledge was huge here and my manager Dusty had more extensive knowledge than I have ever known anyone to posses. I like to think that I have had pretty much every possible situation thrown at me, however in retail that will never be possible. I always enjoy hands on learning and handling possible tough experiences successfully.
