Handled financial and factual analysis, developing a net present value for the property that substantially exceeded the government`s offer. Testified on behalf of claimant and rebutted opposition experts.
The state's offer of $1.5 thousand in condemnation was converted into a $6.50 million purchase.
Negotiated approval for 2100 homes versus only 250 planned, increasing residual land value from $2 million to $20 million.

Persuaded county authorities and abutters to facilitate $3 million land purchase of 58 lots valued at about $87 million and obtained unanimous approval from the Board of County Commissioners.
Converted two old homes and a vacant lot into a significant redevelopment project that benefitted investors and the municipality.
Redesigned a high school site and access to school and three development parcels of 750 homes in total, improving the safety of the school access, increasing in school parking, and producing paper value of $20 million for the residential development.
Doubled allowable floor area of regional shopping center by persuading city council to enact a complex custom zoning scheme and allowing project approvals.
Created a PUD on 55 acre Hilton property including 300,000 square feet of retail and restaurant use and nearly 400,000 square feet of office space, driving value from $2.75 million to sales of more than $30 million.
