Perform enlistment processing procedures for over 2,800 future soldiers annually. Ensures they meet basic enlistment and job qualifications outlined in regulations. Recommended and implemented several effective procedure changes that eliminated operations from being reactive to proactive and always being ahead of schedule. Solely responsible for the planning, preparations, tracking, and documentation of more than 3,100 future soldiers shipping to training annually. Utilize three secured computer system and coordinate with operation and the travel section to schedule medical inspections and transportation requirements.
