As a Contractor Program Security Officer, responsibilities include: investigating security incidents and violations, as well as writing corrective action plans. Obtain facility accreditations, co-utilization agreements, area operating instructions, and decertifications for multiple SAP/SAR program facilities. Obtain customer accreditations for classified and unclassified Information Systems. Prepare Personnel Access Requests (PARs) and conduct security education briefings. Ensure satisfactory ratings are achieved during customer audits and inspections, while working with various departments, companies, and government agencies to ensure that all security measures have been established in accordance with the JAFAN 6/0, JAFAN 6/3, JAFAN 6/4, JAFAN 6/9 and the NISPOM. As an IAO, responsibilities include: performing audits and anti-virus updates on various operating systems, while ensuring that all training certifications are current in accordance with the JAFAN 6/3 and SSP.

Develop and administer security procedures for classified and proprietary materials, and equipment. Write Standard Operating Procedures, Area Operating Instructions, Classified Relocation Plans, Transportation Plans, and Operations Security Plans while obtaining interpretations and acceptable deviations from various program customers to ensure that regulatory compliances are met in accordance with the governing documentation. Process incoming and outgoing, international and domestic visits, for unclassified and classified programs, in accordance with federal regulations and company security manual.
