WEM is a Java based web application, which is used to publish the content into Cisco.com. This is a replacement to an existing system(WCMx). It will publish the content (including digital assets using DAM) with the help of WEM CQ (Developed by Adobe-Day). It has several layers through which content need to pass.

DAM(product of Open Text) is a replacement to an existing Marketing Library which serves the marketing users to manage their Media files like photos, audio and video files.It has two interfaces, one is to manage the data(Media Manager) and one is to browse the data(Media Portal) having various features like import, export search and workflows like expiring the asset and Video publishing.

The web based application is being developed for ICICI Lombard. It evaluates the customers of ICICI Lombard to assess the risk involved in providing the insurance to them. While evaluating the customer/company, its geographic location, its financial history and its moral history is taken into consideration. Depending on the risk, the premium is charged for that customer/company. In this way the CRS helps ICICI Lombard in analysis/evaluation of its customers/companies. CRS also generates various reports as per the requirement of the ICICI Lombard.

It helps ICICI Lombard to decide the insurance Premium amount to be quoted for any Customer/company/organization that issues tenders for the Insurance cover. CQIS also generates various reports as per the requirement of the ICICI Lombard.
