As a direct hire I am the Project Manager and Senior Scheduler responsible for the re-
development, integration and daily maintenance of the US 290 Highway Design and
Construction Master Program Schedule. To achieve program objectives and mitigate risk; I
integrate, analyze and coordinate Program impacts among the PMO, Section Design
Consultants and Construction Sub-Contractors. I developed, documented, enforced and
maintain Primavera Database Systems embedded coding structure (activity, project,
resource, global, calendars, user-defined fields). I developed, documented, enforced and
currently maintain Primavera Project Manager Database Systems hieratical structure (EPS,
OBS and WBS).
I developed and maintain the Programs Monthly Design Schedule Assessment (DSA) for all
Program Segment Design Consultants (8 design firms); which is a monthly integration and
review of the Section Design Contractors design schedule progress; identifying and
tracking progress, schedule variance, potential time impacts, CPM and assisting in
resolution of design schedule issues and conflicts. I created and implemented the SDC

In addition to managing US 290 Project; I was also a CPM and TIA Resource for Texas
Department of Transportation. I am responsible for the schedule development and subsequent
project schedule management of I-610, US 59, US 90A Construction, Smith Creek
Reconstruction, and Metro Diamond Lane Construction projects with a combined
construction value of over $800 million. My responsibilities include preparing detailed
analysis of each monthly schedule update utilizing P6v7.0 and P3-ClaimDigger software. I
prepare detailed project status reports recommending acceptability or unacceptability of
contractor's monthly progress and impacts. In response to a contractors construction
impact claim, I interview all stakeholders and conduct a Time Impact Analysis providing
TxDOT with written conclusions and supporting documentation. I am also the Project
Controls Manager for scheduling, cost control and claims on Houston Federal Highway
Administration (FHWA) major projects.
Metro Diamond Lane Construction
METRO Solutions is a comprehensive transit system plan to help solve the Greater Houston
region's traffic congestion and air quality problems. 30 Miles of Light Transit, Commuter
Service Including 28 miles of Commuter Service. 40 Miles of Signature Bus
Services/Suburban Rapid Transit. HOV/HOT Lanes
Conversion to dual direction tolled facilities in major corridors in existing Bus/HOV
