Design of diode laser package components: micro channel cooler and brazing
fixtures by Auto CAD. Select of brazing material and temperature as well as
collimating lens.
Investigation of new generation of high brightness diode laser package, both
fiber coupling and free space delivery. Computer modeling and tolerance
analysis by ZEMAX, mechanical design by Pro/E and experiment demo on bench top.
