Brought on board to streamline/facilitate the recruiting process for
the company's internal technical recruiting process.
Serve as liaison, responsible for maintaining communication between Internal
Staffing/HR Department, internal IT department management, and assigned field
recruiters.
Duties include;
Attending weekly/bi-weekly management staff meetings to update management on
staffing issues, as well as being present to address any concerns/issues
management may have, and to gather and coordinate candidate feedback with our
assigned recruiters.
Serve as point of contact for coordination of, and participation in local
technical job/career fairs. Track and maintain applicant information for all
job fairs.
Responsible for all internal job postings for the company's IT department.

status in relation to existing open requirements.

entry into PeopleSoft, and forwarding information to payroll for processing.

Information Technology department, including employee relations issues, and

Review of results from Information Technology Department Employee Survey

Development process, and Flex-Time policies.
Point of contact for Allegis Group, Information Technology's partnership with
local colleges and universities. Assigned with developing a technical

Training Course and Manual for all members of IT management, and technical team
leads.
