Led the Digital Marketing practice across three offices (Boston, New York, Chicago) to ensure

Digitas was second to none in creating active brand experiences that drove results via online

advertising, email, search, viral, and emerging technologies.

Established a creative marketing approach that drove innovation based on consumer insight and

an understanding of technology.

Pitched and won new digital marketing clients including AOL, Holiday Inn, and Terminix.

Served as Executive Creative Director (ECD) on key clients and interactive assignments: AOL,

Allstate, Intercontinental Hotels Group (Holiday Inn & Crowne Plaza), Gillette, and Terminix.

Executive Vice President, Executive Creative Director, Boston 2002-2004

Led a 150 person integrated creative department in Boston that included core creative staff

(art/copy/design/UI) and creative services personnel (studio/traffic/production) and helped steward

some of the best brands in the Fortune 500.

Managed creative department with $120 million per year in revenue/billings (roughly 25% of

total revenue for the Boston office).

Managed an annual fulltime and freelance payroll of $14 million.

During tenure as ECD, Digitas Boston took home some of most coveted prizes in the industry

winning top honors from the Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival, One Show

Interactive, Communication Arts, DMA International Echoes, John Caples International, and a

host of other national and regional shows.

Led new business initiatives and was involved in key accounts including AT&T and FedEx.

Senior Vice President, Creative Director 1999 to 2002

Led the Interactive Advertising (iAD) group and was responsible for serving the online advertising

needs of key clients. The iAD creative group had over 35 creative and technical specialists who

focused exclusively on interactive advertising.

Online advertising clients included: American Express, AT&T, Bank of America, General

Motors, Johnson & Johnson, L.L.Bean, and Neiman Marcus.

Strategic Interactive Group, Boston, MA

Vice President, Creative Director, 1997 to 1999

Led a 15-person interactive creative group located in Boston and New York. Served as creative lead

for three key accounts:

American Express: Led the redesign of americanexpress.com, strategic business unit initiatives,

and online advertising.

Harcourt: Reinvented Harcourt-Brace s brand both on- and off-line (created new logo design,

corporate identity system, etc.). Also led a creative team to design an umbrella web site for

Harcourt s 21 sub-brands.

L.L. Bean: Led the creative team from start to finish on the redesign and re-launch of llbean.com.

Directed L.L.Bean s interactive kiosk initiative at Disney s Epcot Center. Also worked on:

Adobe AT&T, FedEx and Kodak.
