As C.E.O., for the start-up of Telcom Global Solutions operations in Brazil, the monitoring of projects, client relationships in Latin America and the company`s P & L in the region.

As Director of Business Process & Controls of COMSAT/ Lockheed Martin in Sao Paulo, Brazil, formed and ran a Process and Controls Department for all of its 12 international units.

As Program Director and International Business Consultant of IBM, developed and implemented Finance, Planning and Asset Management Processes, as well as business control strategies to protect the company`s assets and business operations.

Selected by the board of directors to be the first IBM resident study scholar, a distinguished appointment that granted me the opportunity to obtain an MBA in the USA and advanced studies in Europe.

Hands-on experience includes working and living in 12 different countries - in Europe, Asia, Latin America and the U.S.A.

Instituted considerable changes to corporate business strategies in the opening of Far Eastern markets (Japan, Thailand, Korea and China) for IBM computer products.

Designed and successfully executed state-of-the-art systems to control the entire flow of production. Overall savings exceeded $100 million during the first year.

Designed and Trade Mark Registered and Asset Tracking Process - -CAMS-, for a disciplined asset control that assigns ownership of actions and transactions during the useful life of the asset. Company savings in Brazil alone amounted to over $80 million during 1999.
