The use of Grid logic, SCCM 2007 R2, Tivoli.Troubleshoot and assist in the remediation of issues that can occur during a major deployment of applications or an operating system upgrade deployment.Researched and developed automated OS installations for Windows 2000, XP, and Windows 7; these images were used for global accounts with 180,000 workstations.Received Technical Leadership Award for design innovations, created a single image that was deployed across all workstation types and models.
