In addition to RF design and RF Modification of GSM and UMTS sites, I was tasked as well to ensure that low center-lines sites, 850 MHz Cellular Geographic Service Area (CGSA) Licenses and Field Strength Service Agreement for LTE sites of the South Texas Market (San Antonio, Austin, and Houston) are in compliance with the FCC.
* Utilized Atoll to review parameters of New Site Builds and existing sites.
* Utilized Atoll to run prediction for proposed sites and existing sites in order to determine if coverage objective are met.
