and defined the Recovery Point Objective (RPO) to maintain critical

business function continuity during degraded operations. This often

times led to multiple Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) to support

multiple enterprise business/operations functions. Coordinated and

client`s customers to establish the required technology and business

workflows to produce the enterprise Continuity of Operations Plan

(COOP). Devised COOP testing scenarios/strategies to maintain the

client`s organizational efficiency; as well as compensate for

dynamic changes occurring to the client`s enterprise business model.

Applied strict adherence to PMI standards in managing the COOP

project, as well as applying ITIL v3 Service Management solutions in

designing COOP/DR sites; thus obtaining the appropriate project
