Hardware/software configuration experience includes IBM mainframe

operational systems for ambient control and analysis of real-time data
for electric utilities. Experience related to data mining includes
multivariate time series through ARIMA techniques to forecast business
conditions where a solution includes depiction of the data followed by
development of transfer function or Statespace models to relate
several input series to one or more response (forecast) series.
Examples of these are stock price forecasts using selected indicators,
prices of grains, other crop commodities using climate variables, and
worker health using industrial hygiene measures.

for domestic and foreign clients using COBOL, DB2, and SAS. Practical
grasp of Productivity Management and the Information Systems Life
Cycle. Management skills include resource and personnel assignment,

the primary renovation techniques being used. Previously involved in
Year 2000 compliance at an automotive company. Responsibilities
included scheduling, supervision, assessment, coding and testing of
COBOL programs and validation of tables to comply with Y2K
requirements. Also active in new system development (vehicle
distribution/inventory), Monroney labels, and production support of
GEAC (formerly M&D) accounting software.
