when each person impacted by the solution has been engaged in the process.

projects less than $125,000. This work included working directly with customers, assessing existing site conditions, researching previous

work completed, developing the design and preparing working drawings and specifications. From 8/2000 through 12/2000, I assumed

supervisory duties assigned to the position of Facility Construction Engineer I while recruitment for this position was in process. My duties

included supervising the five designers of Academic Affairs Design Services and participating in departmental and interdepartmental

managers meetings. Once this position was filled, in January 2001 I became a project manager for larger projects until my departure.
