Project Analyst for TDBU Reliability Standards Compliance managing evidence of compliance in accordance with NERC and WECC requirements across multiple business units and business lines. Responsibilities include coordination of evidence and compilation of documentation to support NERC requirements for each reliability standard including NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP).
Increased responsibilities in 2012 included providing an evaluation and gap analysis of all reliability standards agreements with interconnected utilities. Updated and executed all agreements.
Develop and implement the project plan for 2012 WECC CIP and Non-CIP Audits. Will provide coordination to manage and process all data requests and official responses to WECC.

Functioned as the liaison and coordinator for the project team which includes the Design Management Team (DMT), Construction Team, Asbestos Technical Unit (ATU), Office of Environmental Health and Safety (OEHS), and local and state agencies on multiple projects on the $2B Los Angeles Unified School District Bond Program.
Reviewed and analyzed the project schedules for all projects. Based on the analysis, recommended the proper sequence of project authorization per the priorities and timelines of each project. Verified construction schedules and advised agencies of critical path time constraints for assessments and approvals and coordination with contractors and appropriate consultants.
Designed and implemented a logging system to manage the status of each project request (processed more than 3,000 requests within 2 years), which identified, organized, and tracked documents and status associated with each request. This logging system was eventually tied into the DMT's project database.

At Kaiser Permanente, San Diego Service Area - Served as the Project Analyst for the Annual Expense projects for a 630,000 square foot hospital, 2 ambulatory surgery centers, and 20 medical office buildings in the San Diego Service Area. The projects totaled $27M. Worked with Senior Project Manager on five-year plan to prioritize, obtain funding and schedule projects.
At Kaiser Permanente, North East Bay Service Area - Project Engineer for the Main Loan Fund, Capital, and Annual Expense projects for the hospital and medical office buildings in the North East Bay Service Area. The projects totaled $7.5M.
