I personally have more than 40 years of construction quality assurance/quality

control (QA/QC) inspection and project coordination experience, including

twenty five years of experience as a Project Superintendent and three years as

a Quality Assurance Construction Engineering Technician, on federal capital

projects.

Relevant Experience

Naval Facilities Engineering Command Mid-Atlantic Program Support,

Seaport Enhanced, Northeast - Mechanicsburg, PA (2009-2012): As Quality

Assurance Construction Engineering Technician, provided construction

management services in support of Naval Facilities Command's (NAVFAC)

construction program at various locations throughout the northeastern United

States. The program involves staff augmentation for design management and

construction management, including safety oversight. Projects involved new

construction and building renovations and repairs. Representative projects

included:

. Whole Center Repairs, Naval Reserve Center Erie, PA ($4.4M)

. Whole Center Repairs, Naval reserve Center Ebensburg, PA ($3.9M)

projects listed above from 2009 -2012 as an engineering technician for

NAVFAC home base, Mechanicburg, Pa ( Naval Support Activity Base)

Towson mechanical, Brockbridge Correctional Facility Kitchen Expansion,

Jessup, MD (2007-2008): As Project Superintendent, responsible for

coordinating, scheduling, and sequencing all subcontractors working in a

limited and restricted space. In addition, was the lead quality assurance and

safety inspector for the contract team performing all work on the project.

Project consisted of a $6 million expansion to the industrial kitchen facilities

from the foundations through kitchen equipment connections, with detailed

plumbing requirements as well as significant ventilation coordination efforts.

Data Center Renovation and Chiller Replacement, NSA Mechanicsburg, PA

(2006-2007): As Project Superintendent, responsible for the quality assurance

and safety inspection, scheduling, and coordination of all subcontractors

during the project. The $12.5 million project included the demolition of

existing and creation of a new mechanical room, including new chillers, three

new SCIF areas, and new restrooms within an existing and occupied facility.

The project also included the installation of a new FM200 fire suppression

system and a Vesda smoke detection system.

Housing Improvements and Development, York, PA (2004-2006): As Project

Superintendent, developed and executed all renovation plans and coordinated

all subcontractors as necessary for the sale of redeveloped homes as well as

purchased, renovated, and sold residential properties throughout south

central Pennsylvania.

James F. Knott Construction, Md (1999-2004): As Project Superintendent,

responsible for the scheduling, coordination, oversight, and inspection of all

construction activities and subcontractors on various projects throughout

Maryland. The projects were both new construction and renovations. Projects

included:

. Building 8 Interior Renovation ($1.1million), JHU Applied

Physics Laboratory, Laurel, MD

. Kernan Hospital - Physical Therapy Facility Interior Fit Out

($1.1million), Timonium, MD

. Westminster Rescue Mission ($4million), Westminster, MD

. Hampstead Police Station ($1million), Hampstead, MD

Richard D. Poole, Inc., Various Projects, PA (1986-1999): As Project

Superintendent, responsible for supervising, coordinating, and inspecting all

work performed by subcontractors on a variety of renovation and new

construction projects throughout southern Pennsylvania. Projects included:
