JOB Profile in GEMS:Joined as a Process Associate and underwent Process Training and Compliance Training.Currently working under Risk Management as a Fraud Analyst since last 3 plus years.

Job Profile as a FRAUD ANALYST:Validating fraud claims of customers.Determine potential fraud situations and take precautionary measures to avoid further loss.Being a part of the inbound calling process, used to communicate with US based customers and analyzes and underwrites their fraud applications.Reviewing customer credits files and assess his credit worthiness to approve new applications.Notice the trends of charges on customers’ accounts and identify fraudulent charges and inform them about the same.Perform Fraud Prevention activities on accounts, focusing established to provide early warning signs of potential losses.Process credit limits increases based on Credit information and account history.

ACHIEVEMENTS:Got a spot award as a best performer in the same year I joined.Promoted as Process Developer within 10 months of joining GE.Managing a team,of 6 in all ways.
