Lead the development and maintenance of software configuration management tools to support configuration identification, control, reporting, and delivery of both internally developed and externally purchased commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software to comply with government standards.

Collected and distributed code and code documentation for improved understanding of software complexity for customer team.

Transferred software updates on appropriate media packaging and delivery of software products to the customer operational environments to upgrade systems.

Utilized software problem report, debriefed with customer and implemented change request processing to resolve baseline problem.
