an Informix based project. Erwin was used to maintain the data model and
Visual Basic and PowerJ (Java) were used on the front end. I developed a
program using Visual Basic and Java, I created stored procedures & triggers and
maintained configuration control. We closely followed a full SDLC in the
development of a Knowledge Management System (KMS).

Principal Consultant and Team Lead
I worked closely with the
customer in both the planning and development of an interface to various State
Motor Vehicle Administrations. My responsibilities were multifaceted ranging
from Analysis and Design to Enterprise Internet Web Development. I created a
3270 screen scrapping application in Visual Basic 5 & 6 utilizing Attachmate
Active X controls and Object Oriented Programming techniques. The servers were
prepared by me installing NT, IIS, Microsoft SQL Server 6 & 7, BackOffice and
Netscape Server. In the coding environment we utilized Visual Studio,
JavaScript, VB Script, HTML, Hot metal Pro and other tools. I wrote stored
procedures and triggers to enforce the business rules and maintained the data
model using Power Designer. Reports were created and maintained using Crystal
Reports version 7.

databases used. The development environment included Power Builder 3, 4, 5 &
6, C, Clipper and Access. I lead development efforts in an X12 (EDI) based E-
Commerce system that interacted with a Value Added Network, conducted training,
created reports, documentation and provided phone support to end-users. I
converted legacy systems into Power Builder applications and migrated older
Power Builder Applications into newer versions.

me to develop a GUI interface designed in Clipper 5 and C++ which stored the
data in an xBase format.
