Was hired to assist with increased workload to Plan, monitor and control Schedules and

Engineering Costs for the following projects: RockTenn, Peru Lima, Freedom, Lhoist and

Kimberly Clark. Used the Project Scope and information from Stakeholders to build, manage

and control schedules. Used Excel formulas and P6 to measure EV, PV, AC, CV, SV, CPI, SPI,

Was hired to utilize the process control groups for the annual vendor on-boarding and

prequalification program for Home Depot. An annual event in which suppliers are pre-

qualified for Home Depots Stores. This involved integrating vendors into the database,

planning all aspects of the global event, executing vendor qualifications into the on-

boarding system and monitoring the work plan. Superb communication skills were needed to

ensure compliance and reduce risk. Utilized RAM, (Responsibility Assignment Matrix) to

plan work, conducted auditing of the processes and reviewed legal documents. The closing

phase consisted of certifying the vendors, completing the on-boarding process and issuing

a Purchase Order. Used proprietary Home Depot tools, excel and databases to execute the

work plan.

Information Systems (P6 and Microsoft Project) to create a master schedule to manage all

Software Development tasks and Manufacturing Assets and used a combined schedule to

properly allocate shared resources across multiple projects. Utilized sound PERT / CPM

techniques to create and update schedules. For new projects, created a work breakdown

schedule (WBS). Ran allocation reports and leveled resources as needed. Cost loaded the

schedule and prepared cost reports for Management. Worked closely with Manufacturing and

Worked on AFCEE (Air Force/Navy) Global Facility Assessment project and managed schedules

for the Army, Airforce and Sub under the Master Schedule. Utilized P3 and MS Project to

updates and published master schedule to Centrix. Updated target baseline, stored period

Corrected lag and logic issues, created activity codes for task and resource assignments

network diagram for 6000 activities on the Lax Airport project and updated schedule. Lax

Airport remotely generated cost reports and updated schedule. Overall Project Scope +

$200 million dollars with over 5000 tasks.

PROJECT -- CITY OF ATLANTA QUALITY OF LIFE

Gathered updates daily from the PM. Updated percent complete utilizing Microsoft Project.

Managed over 600 projects of varying sizes and thousands of activities. Job functions:
