My 25 years in the insurance industry has given me a broad knowledge

As Office Manager, I do the computer software and hardware reviews and

ordering of office supplies. I do the Advertising copy and promotional
purchasing. I interview and train
any new hires. I maintain the customer mailing list and oversee any

also give lecture on insurance to

As Bookkeeper & Treasurer, I do the account payables, payroll,

daily entries and payouts for clients'
monies for down payments and payments on account. I also do invoice on
those accounts that are not
direct bill by the Insurance companies. I pay out commissions to the
agents on a monthly basis.

The process of obtaining quotes
from several different Insurance companies requires skill in
interviewing in finding out what a clients
needs. A major portion of being an insurance agent is listening and
being able to guide a client toward
their goals.
