Successfully completed the integration of financial, HR and procurement systems from the Hoover operations to Maytag Appliances operations in October 2004 resulting in cost savings in these areas of $5.5M.

Implemented first on-line enrollment process for benefits, which impacted 20,000 employees; implementation supported the reduction of 13 HR professionals due to process automation.

Supported technology aspects of retirement plan change through the implementation of an enrollment engine, generating savings to company of $9M annually.
