Engineering data feedback application is to provide optimized parameter values for the chip equipments setting in the Semiconductor plant. It receives the collected data from the chip equipments, maintains the history data, and calculates the optimal value based on the formula. The results of calculation will be stored in Oracle database and downloaded to chip equipment for next operation
