Mark has extensive experience in technical support, designing, network design and

operations, and developing CRM Applications.

Following is a brief summary of Mark's experience:

Currently, Mark is working:

For a Major Educational Institution, Mark implemented and developed SalesLogix web based

eBusiness CRM initiative. This included a SQL database on a Windows NT environment with

over 100 concurrent users. Mark also specializes in HTML, Java and Visual Basic 6.0 as

well as basic and complex implementation of SalesLogix Web Components.

For a Major Aircraft part repair and manufacturer, Mark implemented and customized

SalesLogix CRM software including FTP synchronization between major international offices

using Interbase and SQL Server.

For a Used Auto Loan Distributor, Mark implemented SalesLogix CRM software. This included

the web portion as well as a call ticket-tracking module along with remote access and

SalesLogix LAN software.

For a Major Water Distributor and Manufacturer, Mark installed all hardware and software

for the infrastructure of a LAN network. This included security and Active Directory in a

Windows 2000 Primary Domain Controller environment. Mark also installed all client PCs

with client software and configured all network settings. Mark also acted in a support

capacity for all Cisco router, switch, and firewall setup as well as providing access to

handicapped users.

Past Positions

For a Large CRM Development Company, Mark supported CRM software. This included SQL,

Interbase, and Oracle database Support and troubleshooting. Mark also specialized in HTML,

Java Script and basic implementation of SalesLogix Web Client. Windows NT Server and

Workstation were the primary operating systems as well as Networking, and TCP/IP. His

skills included implementation of all SalesLogix and SupportLogix software as well as

hardware support and customizations regarding the products. Included in the support was

finding defects associated with the software.

As a Support Specialist for a large technology wholesaler, Mark supported UPS software on

Win NT, Win 3.1, Win 9x, and DOS. Mark also supported LAN Networks, modems and their

connectivity to AS/400 systems. Additionally, he supported all levels of software

including basic troubleshooting to database troubleshooting in MS Access; he also

supported UPS hardware and all levels of the hardware on UPS owned systems along with UPS

owned networks on all platforms. He dealt with basic TCP/IP protocols and initialization

strings, and handled customer service over phone with range of issues about software,

hardware, and networks.

For a large non-profit organization, Mark acted as the Computer Director and was

responsible for the design and implementation of a major network. Mark created a 16-

computer network from scratch including the network, HUBS, and local ROUTERS, for the WAN,

and created a web server and print server for the network. He created and co-programmed

the web page in HTML; he designed and implemented training curriculum for staff and

students regarding the use and implementation of the network and computer systems, and

further, trained students and staff on internet pages and basic HTML programming. He

programmed basic staffing and tracking program in Visual Basic 5.0 to track students

progress and financial information. He taught and utilized MS Office suite 97 to students;

taught and utilized basic DOS and Win 9x commands. Created Multimedia workstation and

began creation of basic multimedia productions for advertisement and showing purposes.

Created Visual Basic programs to track customer information and organize into MS Access

database.
