I have been in customer service since I have been able to get a job. I worked as a bus boy/waiter for the majority of my career. I used to be a server/bus boy for a banquet hall at Calabasas Inn. We specialized in large parties; such as weddings bat/bar mitzvahs I ended up moving to P.F. Chang's China Bistro because the banquet hall was being shut down. I have been working at P.F. Chang's for almost 6 years, and then moved into The Melting Pot and need a little change of pace and/or environment. I have had a huge interest in computers. I ended up taking 3 1/2 years of computer programming and other computer classes. I decided that I no longer wanted to become a programmer and would instead become a computer IT person. I have been working on my own personal laptop/desktop as well as my family and friends. I have gotten most of my knowledge during these fixes; this is what has made me decide to change from programming to computer IT/repair. I started taking classes to get myself A Certified. I recently received this certification and am now looking to expand in this field of work.
