Student Management Internship (Internship)
• My main objective was to increase RID (Record Issue Date) on time performance
therefore the customer will receive service on time.
• Analyzed the Assistant Vice President scorecard and compile the data received in
an excel spreadsheet which I would distribute to the first level managers.
• Check the CSDC RID misses to validate proper jeopardy coding for misses that
were charged to CSDC.
• Managed the RTAD project which was behind schedule and finished it before the
deadline.
• Relieved for the managers and supervisor I had the opportunity to handle 1st and
2nd level escalations.
• Monthly safety observations to ensure all employees are following company
policy
