I was encharged to supervise to all inspectors from each shift, there were four shifts, each shift worked 12 hours 4 days one week and 3 days of 12 hours next week. I had to check every shift finished products every day to make sure everything was correct to ship it to the stores. We made plastic containers of every size, kids hangers from different colors. I had to report to my boss every problem and solution of each problem whenever ocurred. I also know how to read blue prints, use the micrometer, the dial caliper and I'm willing to take any training that is needed to improve quality in any product. I'm also available to work any overtime whenever is needed.
