Global Program Manager (March 2012- Present Contract position)

Manage multiple GTM Go-To-Market Data Center Virtualization solutions within WW Sales Channel Organization. Manage strategic alliances with VMWare, Network Appliance, EMC, and SAP delivering integrated Cisco Unified Data Center technological smart solutions to be sold by our Cisco Partner Resellers. Implemented a new FlexPod Premium Partner framework designed to recognize and reward partners for achieving the highest level of FlexPod competency. Implementing various tools, trainings and process improvement within the partner web portals and events to increase overall channel reseller sales and partner adoption.

Global Program Manager (2005-2011)

Performed VOC, Prototype, Beta testing, and Competitive Marketing/Gap Analysis that optimized design of software management tools throughout development phases.
