Served as Senior Architect for a large scale, next-generation data center project. Oversee 7+ Director level employees in an organization of 200+ associates. Administer budgets over $50M. Report directly to C-Level management, lead the analysis and selection process for cloud technologies, including storage virtualization, blade servers, data mobility/data migration tools, and policy development for data classification models. Collaborate with Tier I partners at CxO level to socialize the project, gain buy-in, and determine a solution design for future generational technologies in order to best support multiple lines of business.

Key Accomplishments:Consolidated 48 data centers into 18 Tier IV data centers, integrating processes, infrastructure, and applications from Countrywide and Merrill Lynch acquisitions. Selected Contracts:Enterprise Rent A Car – Served as Project Lead for a major technology infrastructure re-design including data center reorganization of management policies, newly architected SAN infrastructure, new tiered storage environment, additional EMC hardware, disaster recovery plan and supporting environment, restructure of capacity planning and management systems, and new performance management systems. I provided senior leadership in the development of a multi-million dollar Professional Services division focused on successful achievement of cost-to-growth expenditures and attaining new revenue for the organization. Established a product services strategy geared towards a simplified PS sales and engagement lifecycle. Key Accomplishments:Implemented an end-to-end high availability data center DR solution from NetApp for client, Galileo. Performed requirements gathering, established control processes, and migrated large amounts of data with zero downtime. Reallocated over 12TB of data storage to the new solution and established an offsite DR environment. Completed skills gap analysis to assist client with creating storage team.Designed and documented NetApp’s Project Management methodology, providing a framework of ITIL and PMI best practices, resulting in the establishment of a formal PMO, and was adopted internationally.Created an Internal Engagement Model, reengineering the current process to provide feedback-based approach to support project operations.
