EMPLOYMENT HISTORY:

Assistant Program Coordinator

Aug 2010 – May 2012- The Department of Campus Programming-University of Mississippi Responsible for maintaining the public display spaces in the Student Union for events. Verify reservations and sets-up the spaces for various on and off campus organizations for the events 8:00 a.m. each day. Worked in teams and individually to help with organizing free events (concerts, movie series, socials, etc.) for students on campus.Meet regularly with the Director and Program Coordinator to come up with marketing strategies and implementation of events. Other duties as assigned ranging from administrative work, financial (analytical), and IT on the systems in the office.

Computer Engineer

Aug 2002 – May 2004- ExplorNet Mississippi's Gov. Ronnie Musgrove championed a goal of placing an Internet-accessible computer in every public elementary and secondary classroom in Mississippi by the end of 2002. Part of the ExplorNet's Computer Engineering program helped by assembling 196 new high-speed, multimedia machines. Many of the students enrolled in the tech classes are helping to build the computers. The program, which is in nearly 40 school districts, teaches students how to assemble new computers "from scratch" and to upgrade donated computers by replacing older parts with state-of-the-art components.During this time as a student (Horn Lake High), I worked as an IT technician for the school as a part of the Computer Engineering program. Maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems was what the job called for most of the time.
