Senior Contracts Administrator reviewing prime contracts and preparing construction subcontracts for 720 Megawatt Power Plant for El Paso Energy in Macae, Brazil.
Senior Contracts Administrator developing Construction Subcontracts for a High Pressure LNG Expansion Project for Distrigas in the Boston. Total installed cost estimated at about $ 72 MM. A General Construction Contract valued at $ 12MM and a Civil Contract valued at $ 4MM. Several smaller service contracts and a tank top renovation contract still being developed. ENRON, CUIABA, BRAZIL AND LONDON - MARCH 1999 TO MAY 2000Consultant
Contract with Enron Power Services B.V. as Contracts Manager based in Contractor''s (Kvaerner) London office presiding over Prime Engineering Change Orders valued at approximately $35MM for Enron''s Regas LNG Facility at Dabhol, Maharashtra State, India. The Regas Facility was designed for a nominal throughput of 5 million tonnes per annum (MTPA).
Consultant Contract with Enron in Brazil as Contracts Manager to provide construction contract management services for the erection of a 480 MW power plant being constructed by Siemens. Developed and implemented field contract administration procedures to ensure the appropriate transmittal and thorough completeness of contract compliance documents and work measurement. Developed, negotiated and executed a $10MM Water Treatment Facility which included a river water intake structure, four kilometers of water line and the water treatment facility for the plant''s water cooling system.
