Responsible for all aspects of SCEaaiais vast distribution network, including line operations, business planning,

project development, emergency operations management, process improvement, change management, fiscal

management, and safety oversight. Distributionaaiais approximately 4,200 employees are engaged in all facets of

distribution planning, construction, maintenance, and field accounting for the nationaaiais 2nd largest electric utility

serving nearly 5 million distribution customers. Responsibilities include budgetary oversight of over $1.5 billion

annually (over $1.2 billion in capital and $300 million in O&M). Led numerous initiatives resulting in

unprecedented improvement in operational metrics throughout the distribution organization. Some recent

results include:

aai Safety - 80% reduction in serious injuries, over 50% reduction in lost-time injuries, and nearly 25%

reduction in injuries resulting in days away, restricted duty and transfers

approximately 200 functional and matrixed individuals responsible for business process re-engineering;

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of SCE, led an organization of approximately 50 people responsible for

all aspects of power procurement from qualifying facilities and renewable generators. Some highlights include:
