Chester County Health Dept.

Enforcement Officer for County Government in the Environmental Dept.I worked with developers, landowners, their consultants and subcontractors in order to complete all testing and the planning process for land development. I reviewed and approved subdivision plans, coordinated the subdivision review process with the local and state agencies. Conducted soil testing for septic systems for all subdivisions and home owner sites. Reviewed and issued permits for septic systems and wells. Inspected septic system installation. Responsible for all the scheduling of all the above activities with additional scheduling for meetings and court hearings. Issued citations for violations of the state health dept. rules and regulations. Appeared in court for hearings on those citations.

For twelve years I served the people of Chester County and the state of Pennsylvania by enforcing the environmental health rules and regulations. I took great pride in protecting the health of the public and in helping land owners accomplish their land development needs in a safe and lawful way.
