The company is in the anodizing industry, focusing on chromic, sulfuric, and hardcoat

anodizing. As tank operator, I performed color anodizing, aluminum chromating, and

Teflon coatings, meeting my personal quota on a regular basis. As Shift Supervisor, I

checked parts and paperwork before they went to audit. I also rotated employees

around when production required. If problems arose with parts, I followed specified

procedures to correct the problem. I also helped employees on the floor when required.
