Duties:

Serve as Integrated Logistics Program Manager for Space Based Space Surveillance Satellite (SBSS) System under the Space Superiority Systems Wing (SYSW). Provide Acquisition Logistics Support to SBSS Program Manager and SYSW Chief of Operations and Sustainment Support Division. Provide detailed guidance and reviews of Space Systems Concepts of Operation, Air Force/Space and Missile Center Instructions, Logistics Planning Documents, System Technical Documentation and Drawings, and Support System Training and Training Documentation development to include Training System Requirements Analyses and System Training Plans. Participate and provide support to Government Technical Interchange Meetings. Generate Operations, Maintenance, and Sustainment planning documents and coordinate. Serve on Source Selection Committees for planned SYSW Operations and Sustainment program acquisitions and sustainment contract actions. Garner continuing education opportunities in Program Management and Integrated Logistics Support disciplines. Manage $200M sustainment budget and acquisition development baseline and serve as functional area evaluator for contractor performance assessments.

Supervised and coordinated both hardware and software certifications/verifications on Vandenberg AFB and Cape Canaveral AFS Communications Electronic Equipment. Reviewed contract proposals, provided detailed logistics deliverable technical evaluations, and worked hand-in-hand with Contracting and Finance offices to work cost, schedule, and performance specifications. Authored new program-wide Technical Order Guidance and supplied detailed Integrated Logistics Support process control flow charts. Directed development of Software Installation Manual, Software Users Manuals, and Infrastructure Hardware Technical Manuals for eight separate Computer Software Components. Teamed w/45th Range Maintenance Squadron/Lockheed/SI International to correct logistics scenario test deficiencies and ensured completion of Eastern Range Force Development software testing.

Conducted annual training review with Air Staff and Major Command functional managers to ensure curriculum currency and validation. Lead instructor for the Senior Officer Orientation Course and course administrator for Accelerated Combat Ammunition Planning and Production Course. Managed $1.4M operating budget for student travel authorizations, facilities upgrades, and automated data processing equipment production assets. Worked with Air Combat Command to procure $125K funding shortfall for training. Streamlined reporting instruction operations for students and increased manpower efficiency. Provided detailed 40 page facility program upgrade plan and spearheaded over $2M in facilities upgrades. Oversaw 27 IRON FLAG combat training exercises while leading 50 munitions personnel throughout seven work-centers in tear down/stocking bomber logistics operations. Provided munitions support for 22 9th Reconnaissance Wing agencies and associate units. Led analysis for re-design of five distinct Munitions Material Handling Equipment implementation systems. Aggressively managed squadron safety programs and maintained perfect 20 year mishap-free explosives handling record.
