To Whom It May Concern:
My name is Pete Sisinni. I'm an employee of Support Systems Associates Incorporated (SSAI),
currently working in the USAF Consolidated Technical Order Control Unit. I have known Ms.
Raissa Hall for over 4 years at SSAI and wholeheartedly vouch for her character and
professionalism in the workplace.
I unhesitatingly recommend her for any position she is qualified for. Ms. Hall is a hard worker,
organized and attentive to detail. Ms. Hall works well with people and is open to feedback from
supervisors and peers. She is flexible and open to new ideas as well as meticulous. She is adept at
conforming procedures to fit policies and mission needs.
While at SSAI Mary Esther, Ms. Hall oversaw the Technical Data Quality Assurance Program for a
large and ultimately successful company project that involved modification of Air Force AC-130H
Gun ships. This project involved over twenty modifications to the airplanes, aimed at improving
combat efficiency of the crews and airframe. SSAI designed the modifications, wrote the technical
data and integrated the data into the current Technical Orders. SSAI then installed the modifications
on the entire AFSOC fleet of AC-130Hs. Throughout this process, Ms. Hall oversaw the QA effort.
In addition she wrote m uch of the new operating procedures in the Flight Manuals. She is
experienced with a wide variety of desktop publishing software to include PageMaker,
FrameMaker, and MS Word.
Ms. Hall oversaw the SSAI Mary Esther Sites l ibrary of technical data. This involved keeping over
300 m anuals up to date by electronically posting revisions and changes. This is a critical position to
a company engaged in modifying technical data because the new material must mesh with the very
latest data being used by the technicians.
Ms. Hall was not afraid to go out onto the flight line in pursuit of accurate information. On several
occasions she assisted in p hotographing the a ircraft to obtain accurate technical data. She is familiar
with working with t echnicians in an industrial setting as well as on the aircraft and in the fabrication
back shops.
Her position was lost when the corporation decided to consolidate technical writing in its Warner
Robins office. She will be missed by the SSAI Mary Esther office both professionally and
personally.
I u nhesitatingly recommend her as an asset to any organization. She is an excellent team member
and a thorough and conscientious employee.
I would be more than happy to discuss any further questions from perspective employers and can be
