AC-130H Weapons & Sensors Contract, Combat Persistence, and MC-130P
Digital Mapping Interface System (DMIS). QA included style & format as
well as technical accuracy. Tracked manual progress and ensured deliveries
were met as per contract requirements. Attended In-Process Reviews (IPRs). Coordinated deliveries with government employees and sub-contractors. Maintained QAP to track/record writer error percentages after each IPR. Archived/maintained TO files in CD format. Maintained Quality Records as per ISO 9001:2000 requirements.
Researched AC-130H Gunship TOs for Audit Configuration System (ACS)
program. Performed actual on-aircraft work consisting of
photographing (500+ photos), measuring, and recording aircraft equipment
on two AC-130H Gunships.
Conducted research/page count estimates of AC-130H TOs and TCTOs for Weight Reduction
Program. Wrote two TCTOs for Weight Reduction Program. Analyzed
wiring diagrams and TCTOs and compiled a comprehensive spreadsheet of potential
wiring/components to be removed for weight reduction.
Revised one half of TO 1C-130E-33-1-2 (Non-Nuclear Munitions Loading),
with another writer, and four of eight
checklists (C-130E, MC-130E/H/P) (300+ pages). Revision included
removing outdated information and creating a new format for the main TO
to divide it into chapters, each pertaining to an individual aircraft,
as well as working with AF personnel to include new standardized
designations for stations and chaff/flare locations.
Wrote FM and
five CL source data/change packages for AC-130H Combat Persistence (TO 1C-130(A)H-644, -646, -648, -649, -650, -652),
covering most aspects of the program.
Wrote FM
and four CL source data/change packages for MC-130P DMIS (TO 1C-130(M)P-510) program.
Demonstrated equipment functionality at Eglin AFB for MC-130P flight
crew.
Organized, ordered, maintained, and updated TO library

Specification/Standard Interface Record (SIR) to align MIL-M-83495BIP to
TAMSCO s FI stand-alone manual style and format; included in the
