2. TPX Paraxylene Revamp Project (Thailand): Utilizing Intools software I prepared data sheets for instruments associated with Vendor Package Units of the TPX Project, with the assistance of one new college hire.. The major Package Units were Fired heaters, Turbine /Compressor, Marine jetty Loading Arms, Refrigeration Unit, Vapor Recovery Unit and Pumps. The various instruments which numbered about 1200 included control valves, Motor Operated Valves, On/Off valves, burner instruments (UV flame detectors, burner switches, ignition transformers, O2 analyzers), compressor/turbine instruments (bearing RTDs, vibration and speed probes, Bently Nevada 3300 machinery protection system), marine loading arms instruments (limit switches, panel hand switches and indicating lights, pendant boxes), RTDs and thermocouples, tubeskin thermocouples, flowmeters, level instruments and other package field instruments. The project utilized Foxboro Fox 1A.
3. ConocoPhillips WRR CORE Project (Illinois): Utilizing Intools software I prepared data sheets for 78 Motor Operated Valves (MOV), 130 On/Off valves and a number of control valves for the Coker Unit, Naphtha Hydrotreater Unit and the Flasher Unit. Prepared Technical Bid Evaluations for all Motor Operated Valves and On/Off valves. Participated in the Material Requisition activities for the MOVs and On/Off valves valves and reviewed all valve Vendor prints for specification compliance. The project utilized Honeywell TDC-3000.
4. QCLNG FEED Project (Australia): Utilizing Intools software, I prepared data sheets and technical bid evaluation for 256 On/Off ball valves and 175 butterfly valves; prepared data sheets for 40 severe service valves including compresssor anti-surge valves. I sized, prepared data sheets and Material Requisition (IFQ) for 57 Venturi tubes. The project utilized Honeywell TDC-3000 and Foundation Fieldbus.
