CPI/LSS Master Black Belt Facilitator and Mentor
My PASSION is to help organizations implement a Continuous Process Improvement (CPI)
Culture, improving their bottom line and developing a teamwork atmosphere. I have been
Facilitating Process Improvement teams and teaching Process Improvement techniques since
1992. I was the first Transformation Chief at Ogden ALC and established the first Air Force
Lean training and certification process. I was the only Active Duty member of a team of CPI
experts to publish the DoD CPI Guide in 2005. I have been a Guest Speaker at Lean
conferences, and have conducted training for Military 4-star Generals and their staffs as well
as teams of workers at every level of an organization. I am a retired AF Colonel with 35 years
experience in Operations, Logistics and CPI. I co-authored a book with my son Michael,
titled Implementing a CPI Culture in June 2008.
