Relevant Experience
Operate and utilize available systems to collect data from the following: AKO, CECOM Reset database, ARMT, LIW, FINLOG, FEDLOG, DSSMRO, and ILAP.
Planning and forecasting with use of PBUSE and FAAST. Execute and monitor CECOM LCMC Reset programs for the United States National Guard and Reserves in the North Eastern United States foot print. Regularly track equipment to Reset Source of Repair (SOR), from Southwest Asia (SWA)and provide status updates until equipment is reissued to the Unit. A beginning to end, planning, execution, and tracking.Coordinate home station Sustainment Reset inductions and to ensure Units have knowledge of CECOM programs that are available. Execute maintenance and supply transactions.Develop and implement support plans, track maintenance programs, identify delays, and ensure that logistics/ maintenance/supply & readiness programs are properly planned and executed.Required to travel to different States throughout the AOR brief Units on CECOM programs that are available and assist on ground with home station reset which includes inventorying of CECOM equipment that deployed, set up transportation coordination to SOR and track until returns.Additionally, support the CECOM LCMC teams for the 10th Mountain Division, Fort Drum, NY mainly and participate in Combined Equipment Conferences. Assigned to manage and track all requisitioned parts within the Unit Level Logistics System - Aviation, ULLS-A, in support of Rotary Wing maintenance for the Project Manager, PM, Aviation Reset Program at Fort Drum.Responsible for monitoring and reporting budget expenditures, for six Reset aircraft, to the Directorate of Logistics, DOL, Project Manager.Constructed and completed informational reports to LAR’s and DOL/AVIM AMCOM Reset sites, including Bench and PLL inventories for Lateral Requests and managed authorized shop stock listing, ASL.Managed and accomplished Inventories in regards to Government Furnished Equipment for DOL/AVIM Reset Site utilizing AFLIMS.Operational knowledge of Document Registers with the ability to research and report general or specific information to Supply Officer.Assisted, trained and guided co-workers in correct procedures regarding SOP, focusing on efficiency, points of inspection, task completion and time management. Received and processed orders of all Class IX parts utilizing SDS, maintained inventory of all Priority 3/ 13 consumables and medical supplies. Accounted for the financial credits from Turn-In of Class IX recoverable assets. Versed in shipping procedures of parts requested from Reset Sites
