Received two Perfect Yearly Corporate Audits while Store Manger of our Brentwood-Tn location.
Reduced Store loss (shrink) within one year of being assigned as Store Manager at our Collierville location. Our drastic improvement allowed us to be removed from our "Target Opportunity" listing to a Store who came in at company average for loss.
Assisted with 6 Stein Mart Store opening as a member of A-teams. This program is made up of select Associates that Stein Mart believes represents and can produce the highest quaintly of work. A-teams go into an empty Store and transform it and it Associates to be at Stein Mart Standard Operating Procedures.

As Store Manager I am responsible for the following topics and many more:
Directed our Stores staff concerning our Stein Mart Credit Card drive to maximize our Store profitability. This company program was introduced one year ago with Store goals set by our Corporate office. Goal achievement is 25 percentage of every Associates yearly review scores.
As Store Manager I Answer employee questions regarding a variety of topics with an open and caring attitude to help resolve issues.
Advised Managers on organizational policy matters and recommend needed changes. As Store Manger it is my responsibility to train those I work with in hope of progressing their Careers.
Conducted new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.Directed personnel, training and labor relations activities.Identified staff vacancies and recruited, interviewed and selected applicants. When addressing new hires I prefer to be hands on with their training to ensure a clear understanding of standards required of all members of our team.
Served as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
