Responsible for technical analysis, design and development of enterprise

scale on-line applications. Specialize in e-commerce and corporate intranet solutions

using JAVA platform and GROUPWARE technology such as IBM Websphere, IBM Websphere

Commerce Suite,

IBM Net.Commerce, BEA WebLogic, Lotus Notes, ColdFusion, and Orion. In all projects, I

lead, direct, and manage the

development team. In parallel, I manage client requirements, provide system architecture,

and develop core application functionalities with the team.

IBM Store Canada: the project is an on-line commerce

application with its runtime environment in IBM Websphere Application Server. Designed

and

delivered the application architecture for multi-server environments with its backend

connection to DB2 and Domino. The architecture encompass key requirements for

scalability,

portability, security, data integrity and reusability of business components using

model-view-controller design, persistent session management, cross-server task

distribution and file management.

IBM US Employee Purchase Program migration to

Websphere, Analysis: delivered an analysis document that reflected the solutions for

the current business needs. System architecture for multi-server hosting, migration from

Domino to Websphere, performance, data capacity, site administration, and flexibility of

application to business changes were the primary focus of the deliverable.

IBM Translation Services: designed and delivered a corporate extranet for IBM

Engineering Solutions. It is a Lotus Notes application for the web designed to integrate

with IBM Global Merchant servers for on-line credit card transaction, global

authentication and registry server, and file transfer server for data file

uploads/downloads.

IBM US Employee Purchase Program: designed, developed and deployed and on-line

commerce site using Lotus Notes. Server clustering and scalability to hold heavy loads

was

the primary focus of the system architecture. The application tolerated a million unique

hits a day during peak shopping seasons.

IBM Canada store kiosk secure browser: developed and delivered a custom secure

kiosk browser. The application was installed on all IBM stores for kiosk type e-commerce

transaction. Built with Visual Basic using GUI elements and VB script.

IBM Store Canada: designed, developed and deployed an on-line commerce site

using Lotus Notes. It was a multi-server implementation with cross-server task allocation

for optimal performance. Offered key features for easy site administration and content

management with the capacity of adapting to rapid business changes.

Successfully designed, developed and deployed numerous web applications in DOMINO and

NET.COMMERCE. Used Lotus Notes core functions along with DHTML and javascript for all

DOMINO applications and Net.Data macro language with connection to DB2.

Net.Commerce demo application: designed and developed a commerce application

using Net.Data macro language for Net.Commerce platforms. The application consisted of

search engines, product pages and a DB2 backend.

IBM Small Business site: designed, developed and deployed a two phase, a

business partners site and a public site, on-line commerce application using Lotus Notes.

As a Technical Lead, managed the delivery of functional components and monitored project

activities and tasks.

REMAX Ontario: post launch application support. Redesigned application

administrative functions for optimal performance.

Gillette HR: designed and delivered a web based intranet solution using Lotus

Notes. Developed the core employee benefit management functional components.

Lotus Domino University: developed some key functional components of this

on-line Lotus demo application for business partners using Lotus Notes.
