Responsible for educational technology including library and audio-visual services, administrative services, all
computer operations, training, service, support, networking, planning, and implementation. Planned, researched,
installed, and implemented many programs including networked district-wide student information system, web
site and Internet mail system.
Computer Education Consultant - MicroAge Computer Center - Yuma, AZ - May 82 to Nov 90
Advised and trained school personnel in a three-county area, implementing and conducting in-service training,
workshops, and other sales/support functions involving computer use. Helped customers with all phases of
computerization, increasing sales three-fold in less than one year. Installed, maintained, repaired, and operated
many types of computers, peripherals, and networks, and trained others to do the same. Assisted military in
implementing first microcomputer connections into ARPAnet, the forerunner of the Internet.
