As NCOIC, I am responsible for ensuring everything within this division is operationally ready so daily missions can be accomplished successfully and provides Intel support to KLE by building and maintaining biographies on Key leaders in Combined Information Data Network Exchange (CIDNE).

October 2009 to May 2010 US Army Assistant Platoon Sergeant Flushing Queens, NY

My duty position was Platoon Sergeant. I supervised over fifty Soldiers. As a Platoon Sergeant, I was responsible for their training, welfare and act as their source of motivation. I did their monthly counselingszssz and Non Commissioner Officer Evaluating Reports (NCOERS). I did evaluate their performance monthly. Provided help for those needed help to improve on their work performance. As a source of inspiration, I always led by example. My preferred style of leadership is Participation. My leadership style did not only facilitate missions to be accomplished in safely and timely fashion but it also motivated everybody on my team to work as cohesion force, placing more emphasis on safety.

October 2007 to October 2009 2-338th Infantry Battalion Platoon Sergeant OICT Indianapolis, IN

I was assigned Platoon Sergeant and Observer Controller and Trainer. I was also the head Instructor assigned to 2-338th Infantry Regiment at Camp Atterbury, Indiana. As the head Instructor, I used excellent communication skills to put my point across to my Soldiers. I also used more realistic examples to clarify my block of instructions. I was also responsible for planning, execution and evaluation training for Army Reserve and National Units, getting ready for combat duties for Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF), Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) and Kosovo Forces (KFOR). I also provided current Troop Tactical Procedure (TTP) training on Improvised Explosive Device (lED), Counter Improvised Explosive Device (ClED) and Escalation of Force to meet directed war time mobilization requirements at this period. I trained over 3,000 mobilized Soldiers for Combat within this period without any incident.

February 2006 to September 2007 773rd Transportation Company, Gun Truck Commander Balad Iraq

I was a Squad Leader and Gun Truck Commander at Camp Anaconda in Iraq. We completed one hundred combat patrol missions without any serious incidents, from January 2007 to September 2007 As a Squad leader; I had about ten Soldiers whom I was responsible for. I made sure they were always in good shape; both physically and mentally. I kept their morals and motivation level always high, by giving them more free time to use the gyms and utilize the recreational facilities. I had open door policy where every Soldier could come to me to discuss their personal problems in order to successfully accomplishing their missions.

August 2004 to April 2005 773rd Transportation Company Squad Member Flushing Queens, NY

I was 88M; (Truck Driver) I was responsible for taking care of my truck by doing primary maintenance checks and service (PMCS). was also in charge of Physical Fitness for the whole Company; It helped the Soldiers to keep in shape and stay fit by setting up Physical Training program for the whole company.

November 2002 to August 2003 773rd Transportation Company Squad Leader Flushing Queens, NY

I was a Squad leader in charge of ten Soldiers. We were among the first transportation company that hit Kuwait before the Iraq invasion. We supplied all the fuel for the initial invasion. I completed over five hundred combat logistics patrol hauling JP8 fuel for the initial Operation Endurance Freedom in Kuwait and Iraq.
