My responsibility is to oversee the operations of the business in the administrative capacity. Prepared all billings through contractor forms, automated (i.e. Textura) and General contractor specific billing forms as required. I negotiated Insurance for the business, prepared paperwork for the securing of financing for the business including banks and vendors. I was solely responsible for all accounts receivable for the business including setting up pre-liens and coordinating with legal counsel for preparation of legal maneuvers in attempts to collect on outstanding receivables.
