Responsibilities included; product process and quality system development in compliance with ISO 9001 & 14000 certified by TUV. Helped develop a receiving inspection triage system for warranty adjudication of 20K cell phones per day, with daily, weekly and monthly reporting for both internal and external customers. Developed the in process controls and final acceptance people/procedures that resulted in less than 1% bounce rate (return in-warranty) on shipping volume of 75K units per week.
